Casita Esperanza - Duplex

Relax in this quiet, centrally located space. You will have a small kitchenette, however equipped with everything: oven, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, gas burners, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with wardrobes and chest of drawers, TV. In both rooms there are blade fans. The House is entirely available to Guests. Please only follow the restrictions indicated in the House Information message, sent before arrival. Thank you! Guests can always write messages to me. As far as incoming calls are concerned, I do not guarantee that I will always be able to answer immediately as I work as a reception and surveillance officer in Museums. But it will be my concern if I am unable to respond immediately regarding work to call back as soon as possible. Please take note that The washing machine is currently NOT available for use even if physically present inside the bathroom.

Extra persons are charged €45 per night. Free WiFi, outdoor playground and barbecue room. Free access to the pool with Jacuzzi + hot tubs and minipool, open all year round! Dog fee €30 per stay (max. 2 dogs allowed).

Secluded converted barn in large gardens with pool

In a small rural village 20 minutes from the sandy Adriatic beaches and the charm of Medieval and Renaissance Ferrara, the casita is set in beautiful gardens with fruit trees and rare birds. Completely separate to the main house with kitchen and large bathroom, the private terrace opens into the garden and swimming pool (open end May- until 2nd October) which is shared with the owners when there. Nearby are restaurants and a great delicatessen-an ideal location to explore Emilia Romagna.

Depandance con accesso indipendente dove potersi rigenerare nella quiete della natura. E' situato a Garofolo, piccolo borgo del comune di Canaro in provincia di Rovigo, a 15 minuti da Ferrara e 15 minuti da Rovigo, a fianco della strada SS16. Qui nacque il pittore Benvenuto Tisi (1481-1559). In loco potete trovare il museo nella sua casa natale. Il borgo fiancheggia il fiume Po, per questo è stato realizzato un percorso cicloturistico e pedonale per gli amanti della natura e della pesca.

A top floor apartment, it features a very large master bedroom, a king size bed & a separate living room. It also includes a new smart tv, lounge area, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor. Do note there is no lift. Bikes included!

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
