You have a chinees restaurant and lots of warungs (javanese restaurants) nearby and there is a supermarket across the street. You can reach Peperpot Nature Resort within minutes. District Commewijne is the place of historical plantations situated at the right banks of the Suriname river.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbour’s tropical garden. If you look towards the back of the property you will see green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am. You may also spot the occasional green leguana in the trees or on the fence.
