Fantastic stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot tub was hot and clean. Would stay again should that opportunity arise.

A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

My family had a fantastic time. The house was incredibly well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which is sometimes rare in an Airbnb. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for our family (and my 5 year old, specifically) - it was clean and very well-maintained. Instructions were clear and Steven was very responsive. Julie is an excellent host! We had a fantastic time at the cottage and casita. The pictures and description matched the Airbnb posting and we couldn’t have been more pleased about the picturesque vineyard surroundings. Julie also added the best tiny details like robes in every room, shampoo and conditioner, and additional home supplies. Her guidebook to the surrounding area was also an excellent touch. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway!

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

The home is beautiful inside and out. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dogs - we enjoyed walking around the yard (it is as big as some small parks!) and let them enjoy the grass while we enjoyed the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash and pelicans fly at our eye level! Only a few steps to get into the home was easy enough for my elderly mother as well. This is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas too - we visited Los Gatos, San Francisco, Point Reyes Station, and stopped by the Apple visitor center. Pacifica and HMB had great choices for coffee and breakfasts to get us going on our day journeys. If we could live there - we would! I know we will be dreaming of the views from the living room for a long time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

Lovely home in a perfect location.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

This is a nice beach home, with beautiful views from most of the rooms in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room. The living room was rearranged since our earlier visits, which makes it more comfortable to relax in, and enjoy the view from that room.

We had a really nice stay. We were in the area for a wedding and this was a nice alternative to staying in a hotel. The place is beautiful with a really nice and cozy backyard.

This is a nice home, a bit tucked away from much else. It is right on a walking trail, which was nice—turn left when you hit the trail, and it goes farther. The Ektimo winery tasting room on the property was a great place to start our wine tasting. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, and the wines were all okay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any restaurants or stores. The home was homey and comfortable and the table is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't say it is fancy or extremely well appointed but for the price it couldn't be beat. The goats, alpaca, and ducks on the pond were fun to watch and added a nice country feel to the place. The hosts were very proactive with instructions. It was super easy to check in. When getting ready to leave, we didn't have a 2 page list of things we had to do, which was nice since we had to leave early for a flight. I would stay there again!

We loved this whimsical home and were very comfortable. The children were thrilled with the supply of toys and games to keep them busy too. Lots of different outside seating spots to enjoy the great weather and fresh air. We really appreciated the easy walk to the private riverside beach! Would definitely stay here again. Caitlin was a great host.

Our stay in Sonoma at the Thornsbury house was a dream. The hosts thought of everything and we were able to enjoy the gorgeous (and heated!) pool, the cool crisp morning walks for coffee, and the amazing wine all around! The living and sleeping spaces were beyond relaxing and private. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and gorgeous tables for big dinners with wine. We hope to be back many more times!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

Excellent experience! I rarely like staying at the same spot more than once. However, we will 100% look for this same listing again next time that our family is back in the bay area to visit our family. Great property!

The house was very clean and comfortable, and perfect for what my family needed! The garden was extraordinary. Really stunning and fully in bloom. We celebrated Easter there and it was the perfect place for an egg hunt for the kids. Perfectly located near restaurants, tasting rooms, vineyards, and we were able to bike most places. We would love to go again!

We just finished an incredible girls weekend up at Dave and Julian's place. The beds were all so comfortable, the place is huge, and the outdoor space would have been amazing had we had warmer/better weather but we didn't miss having that options too much. All the surfaces to sit were mostly very comfortable and fit our 4 people well, and we also enjoyed the dual heating. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to go around, and the kitchen was so spacious and nice. DoorDash is easy to get to the house with lots of options if you're too tired from exploring to go back out for a meal. I loved that this is in a country setting but SO CLOSE to downtown Sebastopol, it made that much more cozy for us. We can't wait to book another stay in the future, and it has been a gem of a find in our girl's trip adventures. *If you are allergic to dogs, don't stay here. There was some dog hair on the couch, which isn't a big deal for us as we are all dog people. Just something to note!*

Fantastic! Hot tub, pool, river access - what more do you need? The house was well equipped for bigger groups. Kitchen was decent for cooking group meals. Great grill too. River access is a 1 min walk across the road. We saw turtles and a mink on the river
