Private Pool Villa Suite Tokyo Property Information ■ Location & Access Address: 6-8-4 Edogawa, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Nearest Station: Ichinoe Station (Toei Shinjuku Line), Exit A4 – approx. 14 minutes on foot (Taxi is recommended, especially with luggage) Bus Access: • About 5 minutes by bus from Ichinoe Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) • About 7 minutes by bus from Kasai Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) Airport Access: • From Narita Airport: Limousine bus approx. 70 minutes (one way ¥1,600) • From Haneda Airport: Limousine bus approx. 36 minutes (one way ¥1,100) The villa is located in a quiet residential area. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON.
