stayed in town for the PBR in Tallahassee. David's place was very clean and beautiful. My fiancé and I really enjoyed being greeted by all the chickens. Host was very responsive and quickly fixed an issue where we couldn't get in the front gate! Highly recommend staying here!

A perfect place to spend a weekend for work. Corine’s place was comfortable and clean. The area is close to downtown, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Walking distance to a supermarket was a plus! Thanks so much!

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I was visiting my daughter, who attends FSU, for her birthday. Since I wanted to bring my puppy with me, this home exceeded what I expected was available. I felt at home and relaxed the moment I arrived. We enjoyed having the backyard for the puppy to run and play. My son came too, and we could all gather at the house and had a great time cooking, listening to music, and playing board games. I will consider this home again.

One of may favorite stays ever. This place is booming with nature! Owls singing at dusk, tons of frogs singing at night, hummingbirds in the morning and many fish to catch in the pond. Was treated to the sight of a shy, baby gator meandering along the shoreline late afternoons. Ann has thought of everything here. Every little detail is covered, especially if you have forgotten anything to bring with you. The duck/chicken eggs were a nice surprise (which I totally forgot to take with me 😥) and she even had some delicious homemade chocolate pecan bars sitting on the counter for me upon my arrival! (chef's kiss). Such an amazing cottage tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Book it!

Philip was very friendly and kind. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the house and grounds. He even offered to help us bring our things inside. The location was great for what we were in town for. Philip worked with us needing a late checkout and continued to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Really a great location and nice quiet neighborhood. A lot of beautiful trees in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house near the Wakulla River. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable in every way. We enjoyed being able to use the neighborhood boat ramp to launch our personal kayak for a float on the river. We saw 8 or 9 manatees! Watching the deer from the home's screened porch was an added bonus. Other things we loved: the kitchen was well stocked. In some rentals, it's uncommon to find such things as a glass baking dish, measuring cup, or plastic pitcher...this place had all three, as well as plenty of eating dishes and utensils, cooking pots, knives, cutting board, etc. There was plenty of hot water, the shower was great, and there were plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated having access to a water hose at the house to clean up our kayak at the end of our trip, and washer and dryer to clean our clothes. Sarah was a wonderful host. We had an excellent stay and we definitely want to stay here again in the future!
