Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Good house. The house doesn't have window grills but the subdivision is safe so it's not really needed.

Great clean home. Excellent hospitality! We did get a bit lost but were provided excellent help to get to the house. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

I am a returned customer. We specifically loved the view. Room felt home and comfortable. As someone who got used to have kitchen towel, I actually been looking for it. With additional kitchen towel (tissue) in the kitchen, I would say everything is perfect. Ms. Lilan is also responsive and nice and accommodated us at the last minute. Nice view is super +++++!

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I was looking for a place where it's peaceful and cool, a perfect place to spend time during summer.. and this place whas the perfect choice! Spectacular view, serene vibes, quiet surroundings, and on top of that a hospitable host! Our stay was made perfecr because of the caring nature of Ate Emilyn. She really made sure we have everything we need during our entire stay. If you're looking for a place to getaway from the hustle and bustle in the city, this is a great choice! Amazing place I would definitely stay here again. A clean 1 bedroom studio apartment , in the middle of Lacson St, everything you need is walking distance. Super safe here too, security is very strict and they do their job right. I enjoyed my stay here and I’ll definitely come back.
