We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Danelle was very responsive. The place is extremely beautiful. They were able to cater to us real time for any help that we needed. I will definitely come back and book this place. The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Easy to find and clean house

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

So glad to have found Dra Abby’s little paradise. It wasn’t like any private resorts that you rent because you get privacy in the basement while having the most fun! Everything was squeaky clean and huge shoutout as well to ate Gelai for always making sure we have everything we need! Communication was extremely fast and we are so satisfied. Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. This was my first time booking a place for my mom's birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! A few things that stood out for me (and my family) were: 1. The host and caretaker were responsive to my inquiries and needs 2. The people there (and even the ones in the neighborhood) were reallt warm and helpful 3. The place felt private, intimate and peaceful 4. The inside of the cabin + rooms was tidy and neat 5. Aircons were fully functional 5. Wifi connection was good 7. Utensils and amenities felt really luxe and clean A few concerns: 1. The shower in the outside bathroom was broken and the water was minimal 2. There were many bugs/mosquitoes outside so best to bring some off lotion and "katol" to get rid of them 3. The place can get really cold at night so best to bring something to keep you warm Overall, the description of the place was everything you'd expect and we had a lovely time during our stay. Wish we could stay for a longer period!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

we had a great stay! polla and cuong were very swift in replying. the place was really nice, peaceful, and very spacious, perfect for a quick getaway from the city. the helpers were also very responsive! although convenient stores arent walkable but near enough to drive to i'd easily recommend this place to my peers :) excited to see more improvements!

A home away from home—I believe this is the most fitting description for this property. The location is ideal: it’s close to Tagaytay, allowing guests to enjoy the cool breeze, and it's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are superb—the kids really enjoyed the pool, while the adults liked the billiards table and KTV. All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, tissue, and a dental kit—features not typically offered in most Airbnb properties. This level of detail makes the stay exceptionally worth the price. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was very accommodating. She kindly went over the house policies with us and even asked if we needed extra pillows and blankets. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 3rd birthday here, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating again at this property. I suppose we’ll see you again for her 4th birthday. :)

Nice place to stay

This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

The most generous and personable hosts. The farm is their home, and they generously share it with guests taking “mi casa es su casa” quite literally. We stayed with our toddler, Doberman, and driver. We occupied both guest houses and really enjoyed the retreat into nature. Tagaytay weather was incredible, and if it got a little hot during the afternoon a strong working AC in the rooms was a quick solution. The WiFi connection was great, and we enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube during the times our toddler needed a little break from all the farm action. The accommodations themselves didn’t have en-suite bathrooms but they were just a few steps away and we were given our own private bathrooms where we were able to keep our things. They were extremely clean and spotless, and shower tiles were toddler safe. Food was delicious and fresh, and they offered a relaxing massage service. Be sure to ask about their healthy products that they sell- we came home with a few! 10 star stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. Fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making this a great experience. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d absolutely book again!

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a great time. The place is so peaceful and our fur babies enjoyed strolling on the grass. The host and their caretakers were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a getaway from the busy city life or for a relaxing weekend with the whole family.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
