Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Santosh is a cordial and welcoming host. His apartment is Just a minute walk to the arambol beach it serves a bonny accomodation, pristine surroundings, it's a perfect sized apartment ideal for 2 people for short stay. The washroom and interiors are immaculate. With lots of amenities and toiletries, tea, coffee premix which you get in a luxury stays. It a well maintained place and well designed with minute details like the plants in the staircase etc give an impeccable experience. A special mention to the balcony(it's on the 3rd floor) which is overlooking the picturesque view of mountains behind. I did enjoy the sunrise regularly throughout my stay.

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

Excellent location, fantastic food and warm friendly hosts.. what else do you need on a vacation!!! a very dog friendly place. private access to the beach. small kitchen for personal use. will definitely visit again!! 😀

Kabir and Wahida’s place is a gem. Its just by the river and you wake up to every morning to only find it really blissful. Wahida has been really helpful overall. Great place to stay, a must visit and would recommend anybody who’d want to be in Goa.

Travelled to goa for first time. A great place to stay as it is just 20 m from Arambol beach. You can go for a morning walk and enjoy the sunrise and plan the day. There are very good restaurants around. The place is very less crowded. Had peaceful stay. The place has a private pool. Scooty and taxi services are available. Vaibhav upgraded us to room by pool. You will find mostly foreigners around. Overall a 5star experience.

The place is just as mentioned in the listing, clean, peaceful and has a cultural aspect to it. Rohan is truly a great host. The help was just a phone call away & the host stays just beside the property. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!
