Az ingatlan kb. 15 perc autó útra található a Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtértől. Ezért ideális választás átutazóknak. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, gépesített. A konyhában hűtő, mikró, főzőlap, beépített sütő, mosogatógép, kávéfőző, vízforraló is található. A fürdőszobában tisztálkodó szerek valamint mosógép, vasaló is rendelkezésre állnak.
