We enjoyed spending New Year’s Eve at Liza’s place. It was very comfortable and the fireplace and roof top deck were added features. Liza was very responsive to our questions, and we really felt as though we were at a home away from home. Great location!

Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Great place, nice atmosphere and big with a lot of rooms. Clean and lovely surroundings. I just wish with how big it is, there’s more bath rooms. Hope to come back when its not cold so pool is not cold. 👍🏼

Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Charlotte was super nice as host, hands on and proactive. Locations os quite good and close to daily things and público transporte Lines. Great space for two people, recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Gale was gracious and patient. The place was just perfect for our needs. We loved the breakfast nook. The driveway we missed when we arrived but luckily she explained how to turn in and we were able to find it. The backyard was private and had lots of greenery. You did not feel like you were in the middle of a city.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Monica and Traci were extremely thoughtful with details in their space and were always available (with quick responses). Parking was a huge asset! If we ever come back to Washington we would definitely stay here again!

David’s Music Spot was Awesome! The place was spacious with 2 beds, a nice living room with TV, Kitchen, Restroom, and Cool Art Work for a great ambiance! The location was perfect, near the Atlas District on H Street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Whether you’re using public transportation or driving, it’s a great staging area to tackle all of your DC destinations. The parking on the street was super easy and always available no matter what time of day! David was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Music Room to anyone! Loved This Place! Cari’s place was great, English basement so limited natural light but didn’t really matter since we were out and about all day and the place is very cosy and clean! Great location due to being close to the metro and Cari was a responsive and helpful host! Thank you Cari!

His place has everything you would need. There were lots of snacks that were left for us, as well as kitchen basics for cooking. Lots of toiletries in case you forgot something.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Super experience, the host is very helpful and the location is hard to beat. It’s my second stay and will surely return. Highly recommended.

Cal and Colleen are very friendly, hospitable, and a goldmine of local information. The suite was well equipped and comfortable with a roomy sitting room and great outdoor space.

This place was great. Greg had clear communication and the apartment was very clean. The location is hard to beat here. The only place I went that wasn’t a quick walk and/or short metro ride away was the Nationals stadium. I had a family of five, and this was plenty of space. I would stay here again!

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games.
