The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, two burner electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. The living room has a queen La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa & a dog bed. These are on the first floor with 8 stairs and is approx. 435 sq ft. Max 2 dogs max weight 50 lbs. Pets must never be left unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Max 4 guests. The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $50 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.
