This place is right for a home away from home weekender. My kids and I love their videoke, the sound makes you feel like your voice is just perfect for a tune ! The unit is pristine, beds comfy, kitchen has the tools to prepare a good breakfast. We walked around their triangle in the afternoon, I felt safe as it was private. They have a nice kiddie house by the clubhouse too. We loved the open space. My heart is full as my kids enjoyed our simple bonding. I already put this unit as my favorite ❤️ as we will be back again for sure.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

Loved the place cozy, beautiful, and clean. It’s conveniently located near restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The only issue was that Netflix didn’t work (videos wouldn’t play, not sure why), but overall, the experience was great!

We spent our New Year’s Eve here, and it was perfect! The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and fireworks. The unit was also very clean, and Nanay and Ate Meriam were incredibly accommodating. Thank you, Nanay, for your prompt responses to my messages. This unit is highly recommended!Happy New Year!🎉✨♥️

Stayed here for a night and its very affordable. Imagine having 2 seniors and 1 infant but still this place is so accessible to the parking, elevator and amenities. Its worth the money. Thanks

John Christopher’s property was east to find and near to the church and reception of our friend’s wedding. Ideal for guests or the entourage for preparation. Hosts were also responsive and the hosts’ father was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I like that checking in and out of the property is so hassle-free and that the instructions given by the hosts are clear and concise. Everything is there, from keylock entry codes to wifi password and FAQs. Leo and Liz reply quickly to my concern. The place feels so homy and warm, and it matches exactly the same as their description. I really had a good night and a peaceful sleep. The location is easy to reach, and there are a lot of walkable restaurants to choose from. There's ample space for parking in front of the apartment building.

my parents stayed in sir Bryan's place last April. here's my mom's review: stayed there last night with my husband. the place is very clean and smells good, too. very aesthetic and artsy. our veranda was facing olivarez rotunda, but has a little view of taal on the left side. the host allowed us an early check in. since we came from bulacan and we are both seniors, it was considerate of him to allow us in an hour early. it was self check-in so there was no trouble meeting middlemen or caretakers. the place is equipped with kitchenwares and appliances, ref, tv with cable and netflix and has separate toilet and bath. will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in tagaytay. The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out. Thanks a lot to Karen our host, she was very helpful and responsive to our queries.. We will definitely go back and rent again her place. Two thumbs up! and highly recommended

The place was great & relaxing. Added points that they allowed the pets to stay. Unfortunately my family went there at the time of typhoon, they were safe inside the room but unable to explore the view 😀. We will try again next time!

Staying at Dhay’s place has been great. Dhay is responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. The place provided a needed rest for our family and fur baby. The kitchen utensils are complete. Tables and chairs at the veranda were great! Appreciate this place! Will book again in the future. Thanks!

absolutely stunning! it was exactly as described. I was travelling with a 90 year old senior citizen who is really picky and would complain about everything. not this time.she had not a bad word to say about Ian's place. infact, she liked it so much, she asked to extend our stay for another day! the place was very clean. despite the heat, we didn't even notice that the living room has no airconditioning because the room itself was cool and gets the perfect amount of morning sun. the view was breathtaking. and the balcony was a great place to unwind after a long drive around town. please be advised that this place is not for you if you do not have a car. the business area (711 and other restaurants) are on top of a very steep hill and would be exhausting to travel by foot but if you enjoy the view it might not be so bad 😉 would most definitely recommend and come back!
