Χτισμένο το 16ο αιώνα, έχει ανακαινιστεί με μεράκι και σεβασμό στην παράδοση, κρατώντας όλα τα αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά της εποχής. Προσεγγίζεται από την είσοδο του οικισμού «Πάνω Τέρμα». Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα σε 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 καναπέ-κρεβάτι.
