The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

We had a lovely stay! The cabin was well kept and the land was lovely. There are some really nice local restaurants nearby, we especially enjoyed the food and staff at the Canal View Cafe. Unfortunately we had bad weather during our stay, but we absolutely loved setting up our travel hammock down by lake and enjoyed the large fire pit when we could.

We had the most wonderful weekend at the lake! This was perhaps the most accommodating home we have stayed in. Heidi and Emily are offering everything -- from the fireplace (already stocked with wood), to a canoe, to lawn games, a dedicated dog area outdoors, and an amazingly well-stocked library. This house truly has it all. It was the perfect location for our 9-member family vacation for grandparents, parents, kids, and 2 dogs. We loved every moment. The house has a great, sprawling layout that seems to go on forever! That means the 3 back bedrooms are quiet, and the door in between them and the living area is great for the early risers while the late sleepers snooze. There are so many nooks for hanging out and having side conversations while still feeling a part of the group, but also a few areas to go for some solitude. We really couldn't have asked for anything more than this home offers. And the views of the lake, both from the home and from the beach/dock, can't be beat!

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

Brian was excellent in communication and answering questions about his place and the surrounding area, prior to our departure. Unfortunately we were staying there for a business trip, and our client cancelled the trip two days before we left. The reason was a lake effect snowstorm that was going to hit Syracuse and surrounding areas the day we were to drive up to Altmar, NY from the Philadelphia region. At the time, the weather teams in Philadelphia were telling us that we could get hit on our way back to Philly with snow that would be 12" - 15", which didn't happen. Our client is going to reschedule the trip hopefully in the near future. My crew and I tend to book Brian's place again when it's rescheduled. We wanted to give Brian 5 stars on everything, because there really isn't a place in the 'ratings' area that says 'we had to cancel the trip'. I'm sure once we get up there for the reschedule that we'll be giving a 5 star rating regardless.

Took my longtime girlfriend to the Seneca Cottage for a getaway weekend; everything went exactly how I had hoped! In fact, it went so well that it ended with an engagement! It was a beautiful cottage, with amazing views and access to Seneca Lake. Stephanie and Tyler were very responsive and helpful, as I reached out for recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area, and they provided me with some great suggestions. The outdoor shower was a hit, as was the electric firepit on the back patio. We would definitely go back again if we got the chance!

Perfect lake location with a large flat yard and beach. Perfect for the grandchildren. Lots of water craft for guest use. Surprisingly little boat traffic on this part of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating.Easy drive into town for supplies and dining. Hiking trails accessible right from the property. Cottage is rustic and quirky and about 100 yrs old but worked out fine for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids under 5. Kitchen was well supplied, nice sized living room for hanging out on rainy days (thanks hurricane Debby!). Big dining table for eating and playing board games. Washer/dryer came in handy. Plenty of towels! Jackie was a great host. Very responsive. We all fell in love with the amazing lakefront and would definitely return.

Alison’s home was even more lovely than the photos! My family of four (all adults) spent the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The property was so beautiful and private. The swimming pond, gardens, walking trails, patios and sauna gave us plenty of opportunity for both exploring and relaxing. The house is so comfortable and had everything we needed. Alison, Mike and their dog, Ghost were the perfect hosts! We did not want to leave and are already looking forward to returning ! This has been our favorite Airbnb yet!

We had a great vacation at Greg’s place. Relaxing on the deck listening to the waves lapping on our beach and the gentle little waterfall next to the house with a perfect view of the lake and the hills on the far shore at sunset or any other time of day, I’ll never forget it. The house has everything you need. The area has many vineyards and waterfalls to visit. Just chilling by the lake with the various water toys can make a perfect vacation day.

Perfect spot for us to stay for our D daughter's graduation in Seneca Falls. Jennifer's place was so close to campus and beautiful spot on the lake. Cute and cozy lake cottage. Everyone had their own room and plenty of space to just hang out. We would have spent more time outside if the weather had held up. Would definitely stay here again.

Colleen was very accomodating: I couldn't specify our arrival time, and I don't have a cell phone so couldn't let her know my progress. She worked things out with me ahead of time, and was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I was traveling with 3 daughters, visiting friends for a wedding. The little shed was pretty eccentric: composting toilet, right at the edge of the water, etc, and I though it was perfect! I went for a swim in the evening and again in the beautiful early morning light. Thank you Colleen.

We had an amazing time at Edie and Daniel's place. The house is right next to the beach so we were able to walk right over, and the view from the house is beautiful. We have a 17-month-old and the house was great for a toddler - has a crib, high chair, gate for the stairs, not a lot of clutter. The location is great, right next to convenience stores and walkable to restaurants or for delivery. The beds were really comfortable as well! Overall a great spot with really responsive and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Great quiet location in the woods with a great view of the lake. Place as described and Georgia responded promptly to questions. Steep walk to lake but as was described. Place was clean and everything worked. Great place for a quiet lake vacation.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortably elegant place to stay with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The owners were so responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. And that sofa in the living area - I could have sat there all day! We look forward to coming back in a year or two.

Wonderful home and location. Wished the weather would have been nicer the weekend we were there to take advantage of the lovely lakeside accommodations. Was very easy to get to Cornell and downtown for our functions. Hope to stay again! Thank you.

This is a great location for a weekend spent visiting Ithaca, Cornell, enjoying the Apple Festival, and seeing all the gorges and the waterfalls. The leaves are turning and the fall colors are spectacular. We even went swimming in the chilly lake!

Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The finger lakes was our destination for a full getaway weekend. We were thrilled to find this property on Lake Skaneateles, our favorite of the finger lakes! We loved the Barndominium from the first moment we entered it! Amazing views! The one big room is comfy, spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We loved having lake access and kayaks to use right on the water!! The pool table was fun to have evenings and on the 1 rainy day. Beds and furniture were comfy, and the bathroom shower was especially spacious. Would we come back? Absolutely!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!!

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was immaculate! We booked on short notice and arrived with everything taken care off. We were there in the “off season” must only get better “in season”.

We stayed with Daniel & Renata over the 4th of July. It was such a great time. The property is right on the water. We docked our boat there. They had kayaks and a swim platform and a volleyball net set up. We used the grill one night. The fireplace another night. The place was clean and we were all able to fit comfortably. We were even able to check in early. The communication was quick and easy - one night there was rain forecasted and we asked if we could shelter our motorcycle in the game room and within a minute we got a response that it would be ok! Fabulous hosts and a great property. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Jacci is definitely a super host! She met us to help check in & show us around which was super helpful. The home looked exactly as described. Jacci checked in to make sure we were doing great & went above & beyond to make our stay great. She is what every host should be! Cheers!

Lisa’s pre-checkin instructions were thorough and accurate. We had a challenge with the door that proved to be operator error that she walked us through over the phone. Aside from that it was a wonderful place for our family to get together and relax including two active grandkids 3 and 8. We had everything we needed to make it a trouble free stay and keep everyone entertained. Across the driveway was a cow pasture which was very entertaining for the kids and adults plus there were some wonderful sunsets!
