We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Great place to stay - clean and well equipped, especially appreciated the en-suite shower as well as an additional bathroom. Location is fantastic, literally steps away from the Marina and all restaurants. Parking passes are provided and never had a problem getting a space. Highly recommended.

Adam was responsive, helpful and willing to go out of his way to help us. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed as a family. Fully functioning kitchen was also helpful. Highly recommended and we will be staying again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we needed, within walking distance to some lovely pubs and easy access to Teignmouth if shops needed also (however there are some great shops in Shaldon too) Parking was allowed at the doctors during the weekend however on the weekdays we just parked at The Ness (about a 10/15 walk away) a perfect excuse for a wine after a day out walking back to the cottage. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay - the cottage is very homely. We had two under two with us and the wildlife walking distance from the cottage was a lovely bonus.

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

A beautiful, magical little hidden spot wiith everything you could ask for in a secluded and relaxing place. Wish my stay was long and would definitely return! Thanks!

fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.
