The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

You can just relax in the rural retreat or explore the local area, where you will find, wild swimming, hiking in the Black Mountains, Forest of Dean or the scenic Wye Valley. There are many outdoor activities. eateries & independent shops. Just perfect for relaxing or exploring.

This large building with direct access to our own private woods and acres of fields is perfect for stargazing and family games. Olli's Summer House is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburb. It offers a large open plan kitchen & seating area , a large bedroom with a bathroom. Supplementary charges apply for other extra facilities: Jacuzzi with super jet, lights and music which is situated in front of the Natural pool with its waterfall and/or the recreation area (ping pong table, pool table, large lounge). All extras are to be pre-arranged with Ollivia and settled at the property. The place is 100% private.

'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
