Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Estuary View Town House - Barnstaple - North Devon

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, located within a small village yet a short drive to the town of Barnstaple, the fantastic sandy North Devon beaches , Exmoor National Park and many popular family attractions. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub sunken into the decking .A large astro turf terrace with plenty of space for outdoor dining with a separate patio and gas barbeque , whilst the log burner in the lounge will make for a perfect cosy evening during the winter months.

Swimbridge self-contained annexe

Nestled in the picturesque and friendly village of Swimbridge, the annexe at Willows is a comfortable and well equipped base for those looking to explore the beautiful local area of North Devon. Integrated in the main house, but with independent access and parking it is easy to feel at home. Relax or work (good WiFi) in the lounge and use the kitchenette to self-cater or head to the village pub 200m away. Great beaches 14 miles / Exmoor National Park 5 miles. Sorry no pets.

ADULT ONLY 17 AND OVER Get cozy and settle into this romantic, rustic space. Set in the grounds of 600 year old Devon Longhouse, this beautifully designed Shepherd’s Hut is thoughtfully placed at an angle to ensure privacy. Inside there is a kitchenette, dining table, double bed, en-suite shower room and log burner. Outside there is an indulgent, private hot tub, large covered decking area, lounge sofa, dining table, BBQ and Chiminea. An idyllic spot for stargazing.

The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated in a tranquil valley in North Devon. Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde. Luxurious get away for walking fishing relaxing

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
