I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. This lake home exceeded our expectations. It is spacious inside - ideal for families with kids due to all of the twin beds. Accessing one of the king bedrooms requires that you walk through the other king bedroom. Perfect for me and my sister in law but might have been awkward for 2 couples. Our 4 teenage boys spent all day fishing off the dock and swimming. The home has multiple decks and plenty of nice chaise lounge chairs. This home has a cozy cabin feel inside and it has been updated nicely. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and later relaxing on the huge comfortable couch. The WiFi works well and the smart tv and remotes were easy to navigate. We had one small issue at checkin but they handled it immediately and solved the problem within 1 hour. As we were driving home, my sister-in-law realized she had left her ring in the house. The host contacted the cleaning crew who found it under the bed. We were incredibly grateful!

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

This property was in a perfectly peaceful area of the lake... complete access to all the fun in Lake of Ozarks but far enough away to feel at peace. Property was everything that we were hoping for. Host went above and beyond with communication, prior to and during trip (host even provided a brand new Crockpot, when asked if there was one). Family was comfortable with all amenities. Highly recommend.

David’s place was a perfect home for us to visit our daughter’s family in Pleasant Hill. The place matched the pics and was very comfortable. We will stay here again when we are in Pleasant Hill!

This was the best AirBnB my wife have stayed in thus far and we usually do a few trips a year to different places. The property is gorgeous, the home is immaculate. The lower level is like it’s own apartment. The instructions were very clear to understand, there was more than enough cookware for our family cookout we had during our stay. We will definitely book again when we head back to visit our daughter. I definitely highly recommend Richard and Elizabeth’s place if your staying in the Warrensburg/Holden Missouri area.

I took six teenage boys and this place was perfect for them! Not only was there the swim dock/slide, kayaks and swimspa to keep them occupied, they loved hanging out on the double deck. The basement was setup as a great place to sleep and hangout. It’s a great place for adults and kids. Definitely will go back!

We had a blast at the lake thanks to Jake and his lake cabin. We will definitely be back.
