Laura was great answered all questions before and after booking. The caravan was lovely and modern. Nice size and was a winner to see the Yorkshire tea bag amongst other essentials on arrival. The little dishwasher was great to have too. Would defo use again. Thanks Laura :)

Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plenty of parking, also easy commute to Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Fabulous little cottage. It's in a great area for nearby attractions. The Cottage itself is so pretty and contains everything you'd need. The games room, the pool and the chickens are an added bonus. We had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella’s Beach House. It was just the two of us staying but the house is large and can accommodate families. It has a beautiful large garden and brand new furniture and mattresses/bedding and we had a great night sleep. The property is also beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive but we had no issues during our stay. There is so much to do in the area and we shall certainly return. It is across the road from the seafront and a lovely Cafe - Links Gallery with great Italian coffee and produce. There are facilities at the house to make breakfast (including a nice coffee machine) but we decided to walk and get a coffee and breakast at the Links and have a stroll on the beachfront after. Plenty of restaurants and places around to explore.

Amazing house, wonderful host and excellent location. What a great weekend

We had a fantastic stay at Kirkbride Hall. The house was beautifully kept, spacious, and impressively well-equipped—from a generous welcome hamper to logs for the fire and charcoal for the BBQ. The 2-in-1 pool/dining table was a real hit and kept us entertained every evening. The large garden and peaceful setting were perfect for our group, and our dogs loved the space—as well as the thoughtful treats left for them. The house was spotless on arrival, and the detailed local info packs helped us plan each day with ease. Christine made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, especially impressive with six dogs! She was welcoming, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. Every detail was clearly considered, and it’s clear the Rowley Estates team takes great pride in their properties. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kirkbride Hall and look forward to booking another Rowley Estates stay soon. Thank you for a memorable break!

Spotlessly clean property. Joan was a very responsive and friendly host. Tea, milk, biscuits and coffee were provided. Plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood was very quiet which allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

Beautiful presented property, modern with a comfortable feel. Helene had gone above and beyond when thinking about extra amenities we needed with kids and dogs. The kitchen set up and facilities were the best we’ve stayed at. The location was perfect, being so close to the centre of Seahouses. We could pop in to the shops, pubs and restaurants when needed, only 2 min walk away. Also spent lots of time on the beach front with the dogs. Would highly recommend this place to families and dog owners who want to explore the area while having lots on your doorstep.

Lovely place - nice and comfortable. It was the first time we had been there and Seahouses is a very good location from which to explore the area. Gavin gave a lot of good local information which was very helpful, and was on hand to answer any small question. Overall, a great stay and we would love to go again.

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

Friendly host and lovely comfortable safe home

A beautiful retreat in a beautiful part of the world. A great place for a meeting amongst friends. Plenty of space, extra blankets for cold nights and a fire to keep warm. An amazing authentic experiences which was loved by all of us. This was a place to remember. Thanks.

The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings the sea can be seen from the front windows and only a few mins walk to the beach and local bars. Michael was responsive and always helpful. The property is big and has all you’ll need for an home from home experience. We are already looking at a return same time next year 👍🏻👍🏻

I booked this Airb&b to celebrate my birthday with a few friends in Newcastle, we had the best stay in Kieran’s place! It was in a great location, was very spacious for the 10 of us and Kieran was quick to reply to any questions! Would love to be back. Thankyou again for having us.

We loved this place, it was perfect for our six year olds, they loved the garden, the spacious rooms and it was a great location to base ourselves while we explored to NE - we will be back xx

Emma’s place is lovely exactly as described. The garden was a great bonus hot tub was wonderful. We were in Newcastle due to the Magic Weekend so we used the house as a base for 2 families. Everyone had a great time perfect place for us to get together. Communications were very good.. Thank you Emma and your family for allowing us to stay in your home.

The location is really good, close to Jesmond but in a more quiet residential part. The property was nice, self-contained with a cozy mezzanine level. The bed was comfy, and we didn't find the low roof too cramped. There was always parking outside. The street always had spaces up on the kerb (NB: the spaces required you to sometimes hump the car up the full kerb rather than a dropped kerb).

We stayed for one night and the location was brilliant, the house was exactly as described and was perfect for our stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit my elderly father in law, after a long drive it was a lovely place to stay, clean with everything you could need. The garden is completely dog proof which was important to us and it was great to sit out there in the sunshine. There’s a great walk just at the end of the street for Dogs, the village has a great selection of shops/ bakery/restaurants. We’ll be booking again for our next visit
