Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.
