Our cabin is located 12 miles out of Franklin, NC near the Little Tennessee River. We are in easy traveling distance to whitewater rafting, kayaking both flat water and whitewater, fly fishing rivers, gem mining, zip lining, horseback riding, Deep Creek tubing, river tubing , The Appalachian Trail, hiking trails, waterfalls, Smoky Mountain Train excursions, Cherokee attractions/casino, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Elk viewings and Biltmore Estate in Asheville.

Cabin is less than 2 years old and has a new hot tub. It is located in a small neighborhood right next to Deep Creek and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin is just a 2 minute walk to the creek and the neighborhood has a communal lot along the creek with steps to get in/out. You can tube from inside the National Park all the way down to the neighborhood and get out at the shared lot. The house is best suited for couples but up to 3 or 4 can stay with the sleeper loveseat. 100mb Wifi.

Also close to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, white water rafting, tubing, Harrah's in Cherokee, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The views are gorgeous from the hot tub on the deck. Road to the cabin is mostly paved but the last few minutes are graveled with a few steep areas. The driveway is also. You'll need at least an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
