Very bright and beautiful home central in Reykjavík. The apartment is the top floor of a three apartment house, one per floor. The apartment has a spacious living room and dining room. Nice kitchen with all the appliances that one might need to create the best meals. Three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has a queen size sleeping sofa. Bathroom with a nice shower. Basement access to a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is located right nest to bus stop 12, the local bus station Hlemmur. There is a food hall 50 meters and 3 supermarket a walking distance. the national theater Harpa is a kilometer away. The Famous church of Reykjavik is a walk away too. The apartment is clean, coy with one large bedroom for 2 and 1 small one for one. a nice ocean side walk is 5 minutes away.
