A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Studio is fully self contained with direct access to the yard. You’re welcome to use the 2-person kayak and discover the beautiful Port Hacking River that runs along our boundary. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park is just a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store. Please be aware: there are 2 levels of external stairs down to the studio.

This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

It has been recently refurbished incorporating an open plan and a spacious deck over the water. You have sole access to the accommodation, deck and BBQ. It is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Picture yourself sitting on the deck enjoying a drink or a meal while listening to the birds overhead, or watching the boats as the sun sets.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.
