Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in our family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place

The apartment is situated in The Dvori Lapad complex located in Lapad Bay, near the beach, where you can go swimming, sun-bathiautiful or just enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The area is crammed with bars and restaurants. The promenade is suitable for romantic walks. In the building where the apartment is located there is a Studenac supermarket and a Cinestar cinema on the 0th floor. Across the street from the complex is a bus stop for the Old Town, which is a 15-minute drive away.

Studio se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini glavnog autobusnog kolodvora (650m) koji je direktno povezan sa zračnom lukom Dubrovnik, trajektne luke (600m) te autobusne stanice (350m). Studio može udobno smjestiti do dvije osobe. U blizini se nalaze razni restorani, trgovine, taxi i bus stajališta i javni parking. Studio ima opremljenu mini kuhinju, krevet, wc s tušem i prostranu terasu.

Family Seaview Apartment in Gruž Dubrovnik

One private parking space is available free of charge in our garage. The space is suitable for one vehicle, including a large minivan. Please note that we can accommodate only one vehicle per reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide parking for a second car, even if it is a small vehicle or if you are arriving as two separate groups. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please let us know in advance if you will need the parking space.
