Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Sleeps 4 only including infants with nothing to bring but your food. Shelly's has a big undercover deck on the rear of the house, a large private backyard which backs onto the bush, BBQ and outdoor dining. Enjoy a beautiful bush walk from the front door that leads to a wonderful view of the inlet. Walk to the Bowling Club and restaurant.

A lovely lake-side cottage waiting to provide you with a blissful and relaxing time away. The house sits on a quiet street only metres from Swan Lake. Swan Lake is a holiday dream, with quiet beaches that are just perfect as a launching place for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Kids love the white sand, the climbing trees and the gentle water. Cudmirrah Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers great surf. The cottage is small but finished with high-quality linen and cooking items.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
