We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Studio Bedroom in the Woods

We have noticed some Airbnb guest haven’t put exact amount of people that are staying please make sure you put the correct amount of people staying because of insurance purposes. Quiet time is at 10pm !! NO USE of the Hot Tub after 10pm !! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Important information : Bathroom is located at end of walkway by where you park by the Hot Tub! Visitors must not stay overnight!
