We were looking for a peaceful, quite, and relaxing place to celebrate my husbands 50th bday and spring break from school. We found it! The second we pulled in the drive way we knew this was the place. Walking thru the door the clean fresh smell, the coziness of the decor,the sounds from the creek. Every one of our senses was triggered. The location was perfect. We felt like we were far away from things but yet we had everything we could have needed within 5 min driving distance. We ended each night with a relaxing dip in the hot tub under the stars. It was the perfect size for my husband and I along with our daughter and pup. We all enjoyed every second. We are all ready looking at our calendar to see when we can fit in a return trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cozy cabin for us to enjoy!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

Excellent stay, Ben was a great host. The location was great, very easy to find and the place was clean and as described and felt like home. Excellent place for a getaway. Would love to come again and have made many referrals to this great stay to friends.

Naomi is a wonderful and responsive host! The cabin was beautiful with great amenities. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit. The laundry room was an added bonus so we didn’t have too many chores to catch up on after our relaxing weekend. Naomi also sells handmade soaps which smelled amazing and were a great price, perfect gifts! Thank you for a great stay, Naomi!

Such a beautiful spot to relax and take in the Finger Lakes region! The home is gorgeous, amenities pristine and the personal touches such as s’more fixins and coffee were so appreciated. It is off the beaten path of the main wine trails and that is exactly what we were looking for! We got to explore a hike or a few wineries and then head back to the peace and quiet and enjoy our wine in the comfort of the home. Our kids loved exploring the trails on the property, the game room was such a perfect bonus and Naples has such good restaurants and wineries/breweries that we didn’t have to travel to more populated areas unless we wanted. Perfect for families as the streaming tv, game room and kids area on a different floor allowed for our kids to have a blast and us parents to watch a movie and read upstairs. Perfect setup. Such a recharging and beautiful trip! We hope to be back!

Beautiful place me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday we had the best time! Brandi had the space nice and clean when we got there. She is has excellent response time and is very friendly. The cabin itself was amazing the view was incredible! being able to go out and kayak was amazing. The perfect get away for you and your partner! we will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Moss Hill for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to do that! We spent time doing jigsaw puzzles on the deck, playing board games in the shade on the screened-in porch, watching DVDs on the comfy sofa, and just generally relaxing in the hot tub while watching the stars. By the time we left, we felt more relaxed than we’ve felt in years. Berkeley Springs is an adorable town, and James was a kind and responsive host. We loved our time at Moss Hill!

Debra and Mike are such warm friendly hosts who really care about your stay and maintain the property so well The house was perfect for us and another family, really charming clean and cozy, and so fun for the kids. Kitchen was very well stocked and had lots of cookware and tools Kids had so much rummaging through their play stuff they have around the spacious living room and running around the well maintained outdoor area, plus a cute shallow pond that kids love to explore Endless firewood for bonfires or the indoor wood oven, all nearly stacked around the property. They’re also so helpful, even helped us with our car keys mishap gladly in the middle of their dinner :) We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

We had a great time! Wanted to camp, it didn’t want the hassle. This was perfect for hanging out at the fire, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, but had the bonus of a hot tub and comfy indoor space.

The home was absolutely stunning! Exactly like its pictures, cleaned to perfection, and stocked with everything you need! The host was super communicative and helpful with any questions we had. 10/10 spot I recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s property. It is such a cute little town with so many hidden gems. We appreciated all the recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I loved everything about our stay here! The cottage was extremely lovely and peaceful, with an especially fantastic library! Jessica was very responsive to a question I had about check out times, and all instructions were as clear as the house was clean (very). Highest recommendation!

Don't think, just book it! Nitin's cabin is so close to Cherry Springs State Park so if you're stargazing you're in for a real treat! It is very spacious, and had anything and everything you could ever want to be comfortable! Our whole family loved staying there. The beds were all so comfortable, the blankets soft, and there are lots of extra little touches to upgrade the place like lots of spices, crockpot and other appliances, good shampoo and soaps, along with games and books. The yard and outdoor furniture is very private and had it not been raining, I know we would have had the opportunity to enjoy it! We look forward to coming back!

Great spot just a couple minutes from Hunter base. Well equipped, everything you need. My kids especially appreciated the winter-themed stuffed animals!! They're already asking to go back.

This cabin is beyond beautiful. Very secluded and easy to find. So much charm inside the cabin that you would never want to leave. I spent somedays in my honeymoon in this cabin and it was the perfect choice. So much to enjoy in the outdoors without leaving the property. Everything is thought for that it became joyful to enjoy and discover. It’s a little perfect get way place and I can’t wait to return to it especially around spring. The host is extremely thoughtful and caring throughout my visit and we appreciated their hospitality and respect. Thank you so much Bob & Peg we are grateful!

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Home was clean and comfortably arranged with enough space to accommodate everyone. We had a great time trout fishing in the area and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Our host was very responsive to questions beforehand and house manual and instructions were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Took a weekend trip by myself just to get away and this was the perfect place. Secluded but still rather close to what I wanted to do while here. The electric fireplace and the mini-split kept the place sufficiently warm, and I actually had no trouble using the stairs to sleep in the loft! I also found the way instructions were written in the binder to be amusing and cute in addition to being informative!

We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a very cute and cozy cabin, and well appointed in terms of amenities (well- stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, great selection of board games). We loved the remoteness and privacy. Jessica was communicative and accommodating to our group. I’d highly recommend this place for an off the grid experience.

Loved hearing the howling coyotes in the distance at night and watching the deer meander on by at dusk. Your attention to detail made my stay simple a weekend to remember. Highly recommend.
