Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau so wie beschrieben. Der Check-in war super einfach und flexibel. Jelena hat uns bei jeder Frage geholfen und auch Empfehlungen gegeben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. El edificio es nuevo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Kotor. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, y tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Kotor. La comunicación con Jaroslav fue fluida y cordial. Muchas gracias!

These hosts are so friendly and helpful and amazing. First of all, Slavko picked me up at the bus station. There are very few hosts I have met who will do that for you. The apartment was very clean and ohhhhh......the view. I was given delicious cake as a welcome and there were drinks in the refrigerator. Then, I was told a cousin was going into town and I could have a ride! I went into town and walked back. It was late and dark. I got lost on the mountain. Who came to my rescue? My hosts! Then, in the morning I had an early bus. Who dropped me off on the way to take their kids to school? The host! Really I cannot say enough about the generosity of these people and their beautiful apartment. You will be very happy and satisfied if you stay here.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, hôte très réactif et le logement était sympa. Par contre, la télévision n’a pas de programmes, prévoyez un câble HDMI.

Logement qui correspond à l'annonce ! Une vue imprenable sur la baie de Kotor ! Appartement propre et hote très réactif et accueillante ! Je recommande ce logement !

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Bar City for an extended stay of about 18 days, and I ended up extending my reservation three times—it was that good. The apartment is situated less than 10 minutes from the beach and is perched on a hill, offering a stunning view of the sea and the city, especially at night. The space is ideal for longer stays. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The living room is spacious and has a very comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing. The bedroom is peaceful and quiet, making it easy to rest and recharge. The host was incredibly kind, gracious, and responsive. The property is easy to locate and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a calm, scenic, and comfortable stay in Bar City.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks
