Bells Estate Great Ocean Road Cottages sits upon 10 acres of lush green countryside, while being just a short drive to the beautiful beaches that the Surf Coast has to offer. We are a short 5min drive from the Torquay shops and restaurants, and a cafe and winery are both within walking distance. Away from the crowds, you can sit back and listen to the calls of kookaburras, while the kids will love the solar-heated pool (september-april), rope swings, basketball court, tramp and table tennis.

You will feel very relaxed in this space. 3 min walk to Aireys pub, a la greque (restaurant), step beach, mini golf, general store, le comptoir French cafe, lighthouse cafe and lighthouse. Access to cliff top walk at end of the street (100 metres). 10 minute walk to fairhaven beach and sandy gully beach. 10 minute drive to Anglesea supermarket, petrol station, golf course and cafes/pubs etc. You can walk everywhere.
