Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
