Pender Harbour - Your Dock On The Bay

Oceanfront property on Gunboat Bay in Pender Harbour with room for the entire family. A wrap around balcony provides views, dinning and living space. Closer to the ocean is another deck with seating for 10. The 40' dock includes 2 kayaks a dingy and a swim ladder. We can accommodate up to a 40' boat for an additional charge of $50 per night per boat subject to availability. There is a fenced in area that includes the back patio where your pets can roam safely - please pick up after them.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property.
