Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. The Engineer’s Cabin at The Farm is a two-bedroom forest retreat with king beds, treetop views, and access to a shared hot tub. Large picture windows bring the outdoors in, while modern comforts — Wi-Fi, Apple TV, music, and a cozy living space — make it easy to unwind. Just ten minutes from the Langdale ferry and close to Gibsons’ beaches, trails, shops, and restaurants, it offers a peaceful escape that feels connected. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
