This was a great place altogether! Perfect location! Friendly staff and guests. Loved it!!

This condo was perfect for my wife and I. The location was great for exploring all the downtown areas of Key West by foot. We enjoyed walking around Duval street, the waterfront and the beaches. We booked a fishing charter and caught some delicious Mahi and went on a fantastic sunset cruise. The condo had all the amenities that we needed and the pool was very refreshing to go to after a long day at the beach.

The place was exactly like the pictures. On the water and not far from old town key west. Michael was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed for check in and made sure we were able to check in during a certain time and if not other options were available. Would recommend if you want to stay in key west but far enough away from the busy nightlife and have a quiet night in.

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

This beautiful condo was so much more wonderful than the pictures portrayed! It is the most amazing location and setting with a stunning courtyard garden, ocean views and its own little beach. I felt like I stepped into Paradise! The complex was quiet, respectful and beautifully maintained. The location on the island could not be beat with a short walk to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach. This was our first time in Key West and it was pure magic! Thank you!

My girlfriends and I highly recommend this place! We all loved it upon entry and felt right at home. No one had had any complaints about anything. Layout was nice, kitchen was awesome, bathrooms were clean and looked nice, and the central AC was really nice to have. We also appreciated the fridge water filter with ice machine, extra towels, and digital directions available to help us with checkout and details. Hosts were VERY responsive and helpful with any and all questions.

We had a wonderful time in Key West. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the evenings and the complex hot tub. Andre was an awesome host - very responsive and proactive in arranging for our possible late evening arrival. His suggestion of rental bikes to be delivered to the condo was a great one - we used those to bike all over Key West. Would love to return someday!

What a great spot! We were blown away by the value. Clean, comfortable and close to literally everything we wanted to do in Key West. They even picked us up at the airport even though our flight was 30 minutes late. Amazing place in an amazing town. We will definitely stay with Rick again!

Nice area near the airport away from Duval but easy to get to everything. Kids liked the pool (water was warm and hot tub was hot), comfortable beds and good sized kitchen.

A very well appointed condo with everything supplied. A great view over the marina. However, close to a main route into Central Key West made it a slightly noisy location. Also next door to a bar/restaurant,this made sitting on balcony a not so peaceful experience. For those interested in watching TV the wifi was awful. The pool area was predominantly in the shade come the afternoon. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as we loved Key West.

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a GREAT area with a LOVELY COURTYARD for rest and relaxation. A nice little pool also. Very quiet and easy to get around. It was great to WALK or BIKE RIDE in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

I would rerun to this rental and recommend it. Spent a week here with my nephew and the property was perfect for our vacation. Every detail was thought of. We needed nothing. The location was great!!

This Airbnb was the perfect balance of distance and quiet to staying in Key West. There isn't a whole lot to do around the place but that was fine since we were out most of the day and stayed here to mostly sleep. The place, beds, shower all made us very comfortable to take on another day exploring in Key West.

The place was nice and easy to find. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing that could be better is the WiFi and the options for the TV but not a big deal if the goal is to spend time in the Key West town.

Great place close to airport close to Smathers beach, 5 minutes to stores shops bars. Great pool and place to stay!

I stayed at the Truman Annex last year for the boat races and loved the location. I decided to rent from Wally this year due to his condo was more open and also had a 2nd bath! He was very responsive when I texted him, the house was very clean and everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

Great location in Key West, 2 blocks from Green Parrot, Blue Heaven, and Santiago's Bodega, 3 blocks from Duval, Hemmingway House, Lighthouse etc. Condo is beautiful. Loved sitting outside on balcony. Beds were comfy. Kids loved having their own twin beds.

Great experience. Jennifer was responsive and accommodating. House was up dated and super clean. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

John’s condo is a great place to stay to enjoy Key West. It’s spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. He has decks on both sides. We didn’t cook there, but the kitchen was fully supplied. The pool was very nice as well. The absolute best thing is that it’s in a gated community so it is quiet even though it’s close to the action. Nothing was further than a mile walk, and most things were just a few blocks like Mallory Sq, the Old Seaport area, and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. John readily answered any questions I had. He was very nice to deal with.

Edward's place was great! we really enjoyed the home like vibe. It had everything we needed during the stay. The sunset view from the balcony was beautiful.

We were there for a night. The unit was excellent with clean furnitures & cutleries. The bathrooms were spotless. The balcony facing the boat dock/backwater was pleasant. The music from the nearby restaurant is a free add-on when you're sitting in the balcony 😉. Numerous food chains, Publix are close by. Duval Street also isn't far. Kids had fun in the pool.. Overall a pleasant stay. Highly recommend Jennifer's place.

Great place to stay ! The listing should include that it is upstairs, didn’t notice that or I would have looked for something else. Very clean and nicely decorated.
