It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

You will love the free parking and private entrance through the beautiful garden. The comfortable shared patio with gas fire pit is available for use anytime. We welcome people from all nations, backgrounds and ages and can accommodate one child. The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.

Welcome to the Crocker Amazon neighborhood! No cleaning fee! Relax in this stylish, quiet space. This is a studio (240 sq ft, 22 sq meters), with a private entrance, and free off street parking. Settle in with the comfy queen bed, European style wet bathroom, high end kitchenette with an electric kettle, drip coffee kit, full fridge, combo toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and dishwasher. I hope you enjoy the personal touches that will ensure a comfortable stay.

Bubble House Upstairs Flat - 2 BR 1 BTH by Beach

Upstairs portion of light-filled art deco corner house with Pacific Ocean view from living room and front bedroom. Known in the neighborhood as the Bubble House, it's decorated with art and character inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. BBQ on the back deck over the backyard. If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.

Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.
