My first time staying in Oak Island and brought my dog. Stephen made sure we had everything we needed before check-in and the area is very quiet. Easy to access other part of Oak Island with amenities for my pet.

It’s our second year staying here for the Wonen of Joy conference. What a blessing to have this perfectly thought out house to start and finish our busy days. The backyard deck was where we started and ended our days. The home is laid out with comfort and relaxation in mind. When I needed to ask a question, our answers came quickly. The furniture and beds were comfy, and bathrooms were sparkling clean. We hope to use this same rental every time we return. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

We loved our time here. It was the perfect place to stay and having a fully fenced yard for the dogs was so great. There were games(yard games/board games/cards) and things to do at the house so when it rained for an evening, we still had plenty to do. He also had beach things(wagon, body boards, beach chairs)available that were so helpful and made our stay even better!

Great place to stay with amazing hosts. Very easy to find and has so many things to do around. Great location with many restaurants around in walkable distance. We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for an anniversary trip! Truly beautiful to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the canal… take advantage of the kayaks and bikes!! It’ll elevate your time here immensely. If you’ve got the time, Seabrisa’s and hurricane juel’s (a 10 minute ride away and right next to each other in little river) did not disappoint. If you go to hurricane get a side of hush puppies…. It’ll change your life! An easy walk to the beach or a quick drive to nearby pay to park areas if you’ve got supplies to tote! This spot also is conveniently close to many good mini golf courses if you’re feeling competitive! A truly special gem to find. One of our favorite spots we’ve been on our east coast beach travels!

Rebecca was a wonderful host! We loved how we could walk to all of downtown CB and it was perfect for our pup!

The host was friendly and welcoming. The rental was exactly as described on the website. I would definitely stay there again and I also recommend a few of my friends.

Our second visit. Great view of the marsh. Close to restaurants, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Pawleys Island. Driveway is right on Business 17 but property sits back and is quiet. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Hosts willing to provide tips on restaurants, activities. The state park pass is very nice. Stairs to the main floor and then up to the unit, so take that into consideration based on your situation. Nice recliners for watching the marsh or the TV. Hope to return soon.

Pelican’s Perch has been a wonderful find for us. We always bring our big fur baby with us and enjoy staying here so much, especially sitting outside on the patio. So peaceful! It is also in a great location close to the beach and many fantastic restaurants. The hosts, Charlotte and Frank, could not be more accommodating and make sure all needs are met. We have stayed here several times and are looking forward to many more!

Toni was very responsive & quite a kind lady! She offered to help in any way she could. Her place was cozy, clean & comfortable and close to the beach! We love Oak Island & this was a restful, enjoyable stay.

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Crystal’s place was super awesome. Ten times previous better than an Airbnb that I rented in 2022. I thought about not ever renting an Airbnb ever again. But this gave me hope. The proximity to the golf course was great! I walked to the practice range in about 10 minutes.
