Located just minutes from the pristine sands of Sunset Beach as well as restaurants, shops, and local golf courses. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building and does not have an elevator.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The Great Escape - Updated and spacious condo

It is located in Sea Trails resort and is less than three miles from the sand of Sunset Beach. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this second floor unit, and a spacious living/dining/kitchen for everyone to gather. The second bedroom can also be closed off to become a “mini suite” with its own kitchenette, sitting area, and full bath.
