Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Kort til metro, og bus til byens centrum. Stranden inden for gå afstand. Senge størrelser: 2 på 160*200 cm og 1 på 140*200 samt sovesofa i stuen. Lækkert badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Køkken med opvaskemaskine og Quooker. Lejligheden har håndklæder og sengetøj samt opvaske sæbe og div nødvendigheder. Lys og lækker lejlighed renoverer med øje for detaljen som gulvvarme i hele lejligheden.

Light and spacious flat with park view

We are renting out our bright and spacious 3 room apartment. It is on the 3rd floor of a red brick stone building overlooking one of the many parks of Copenhagen. It has everything you need for your stay with a fully equipment kitchen, comfortable king-size bed and cosy couch in the living room. The apartment is a 15min metro ride away located from the airport as well as the town-centre and only a 10min walk from the beach. The nearest metro stops is 'Amager Strand.'

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance.
