Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head! It has a low ceiling so if you're over 170cm beware! Enjoy the silence......

The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
