place was great for a weekend stay. had some issues with the lock at one point and Ruddy was very quick to come help us figure it out and get inside. would stay again!

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

This was a very spacious and cozy spot! A perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway with proximity to hiking and/or skiing/snowboarding. There were many books, games, and puzzles available to peruse and enjoy as well.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! David’s place was very clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently down the road from Dartmouth, the reason for our trip. The thoughtful touches such as chocolates and well-stocked bathroom and kitchen were very appreciated. The nicest was not having any checkout tasks :)

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

I sent a text with a small question we had and Brian answered it with in minutes with perfect information. The house was great and easy to find. We had a great weekend

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The space was perfect for our family great away. The huge kitchen, private bedrooms and quiet space allowed us to relax and still have family time together. The house was immaculate. Would book this space again!

This place is great for families and groups that want to get away from the towns and cities of NH. Waterville Valley Resort is only 15 minutes away, where the closest restaurants and a small store for provisions are located. Our family of four (two elementary school children) had an enjoyable stay for a skiing long weekend at Waterville Valley. The home matched the photographs in the listing perfectly. The furnishings were simple, clean, and comfortable. There were not many places to lounge - primarily a three-seat sofa with built in recliners. So we cozied up. But there were many counter-height stools. We cooked dinner a few times (pasta, steak) and there are basic utensils for this. There were also some basic condiments to use, however, it would be best to bring anything you might use. We ate comfortably on the counter peninsula. It snowed several times during our stay, and the driveway was plowed cleanly overnight. The road from the highway was also plowed well. Recommend!

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

this condo is the perfect set up for our family! we had 3 adults staying, with a dog and a cat. there were three separate full bathrooms which helped a TON. everyone had their own area to wind down. we stayed for easter and were able to cook in the kitchen. Lyn was super responsive with any questions we had! we’re hoping to stay again next easter with Lyn!!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

This was a great place for my family of 3 to stay. I came up to visit family after the holiday and the condo was warm and cozy and we felt right at home. The beds (especially the king) were the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on in an Airbnb! Comfy sheets too, and the fireplace in the living room was a highlight. Kitchen was well equipped and it’s a central location for many attractions. Twin Barns Brewing in Meredith is our favorite for good burgers and beers and is open year round (we’re usually in between busy seasons). We hope to return in the future!

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

I had not taken a vacation since pre-Covid and Caroline's wonderful place was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful white mountains region of New Hampshire. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (tremendous view, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, gym, close proximity to the beach, mountains many excellent restaurants, and theatre (live and movies). If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle Caroline's place is the perfect place and I highly recommend it!
