Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.
