You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

A lake front house on a 500 acre private lake with a dock on the property, 80 feet of shoreline, swimming in the cove under mature trees. Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and a swim pad are available for guest use. Separate fire pit area as well as deck and covered patio with a grill for outdoor enjoyment. Hunting in Southern Iowa is a popular past time for many. We have a small cute 2 bedroom home available for you to relax and get out of the city. Leon has a grocery store, Dollar store, Caseys, and a Ice Cream Shop with sandwiches and other food available along with shopping in the back. Then right next door is another little cafe.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
