Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Lake Pan Cabin #4

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.

Please note the 15.5% Host Service Fee is an Airbnb fee, they chose the name, host do not collect this fee. FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River, Dunnellon or Homosassa. Simply perfect!
