Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and provides clear instructions. One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Merlot Moose was such a comfortable home for our family to enjoy our ski vacation. Very cozy and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting in front of the fireplace or playing games! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to town… Just a mile away. Janis and Tyler were great hosts and very responsive to anything that we had questions on or if we needed anything. WIFI was great for those of us who had to work a bit from home! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and TVs in every room.

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

Our stay at Daniel's place was lovely! Daniel was accommodating and responsive, allowing us to bring an extra dog and an early check-in/late check-out. The backyard was the highlight for me (and the dogs), tons of space for them to run around and roll in the snow. Daniel met us in the driveway, went over how to keep the hot tub clean, and had gone over so it was ready for us when we arrived! A great stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

Janet’s place was exactly what our family needed. With bus access from the driveway, getting to town, rec center or skiing was a breeze. It felt like home away from home, having everything we would need for our week. 10/10 will stay again every time we come to breck! Thanks Janet and Dave!

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Theresa's place met our needs. The only thing I think we had a problem with. The sleeper sofas were uncomfortable to me, but the rest of the gang did not have a problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so cozy and comfortable and at home. Our boys LOVED the location, the room and bathroom of their own, and the fun and thoughtful games. We had a snafu with an originally scheduled airbnb fitting our needs due to mold. We noticed this listing available, sent a message and within minutes, we heard back from the host. They welcomed us in and absolutely saved our day. We stayed for 7 days and had everything we needed in the space for comfort: blankets, towels, full kitchen space with cooking necessities! Storage was spacious for our belongings (for both food and clothing) and the laundry space in the club house was great. Our boys loved the pool and hot tub. My husband loved the sauna. And we all loved the beautiful upstairs space of the clubhouse for ping pong and relaxation. We were so grateful to have found this listing in a pinch. The space was cozy, comfortable, clean and amazing. Thank you, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for an unforgettable family getaway in the mountains. We would stay here again in the future without a doubt!

Our family of four (two adults and two kids ages 6 and 8) had a wonderful stay! All was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our six days of spring skiing. Our boys loved the bunk room and we loved that they had their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and all furnishings/decor were lovely. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and available games as well as all the space, storage, and pretty much everything else we needed. The only comment would be that it would have been super helpful to have more than two dishwasher tabs--while we always bring most of our own supplies to AirBnbs (food, condiments, etc.), that isn't something we've ever had to bring/buy before (and didn't particularly want to have to purchase for a week's stay) so were surprised when the response was that we need to purchase them on our own beyond the two provided. Obviously not a big deal, just something to note and plan for! We would definitely love to stay here again :)

Spacious home in the perfect location! We loved the sauna and expensive yard for our dog. The house was clean and comfortable….cool 70s vibe with some update. You won’t find a more comfortable spacious house for the price! Summit Cove was extremely responsive to any question! We will be back!

Shane‘s place was great! We love the fact that we could bring our pup and had backyard access. We went for a snowboarding trip and it was very close and accessible to… Shane was super responsive and helpful. We really appreciate the communication.! Place had everything we needed for our weekend stay we will definitely be back for our next mountain trip!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

This has been one of our favorite stays in Breckenridge. We highly recommend a stay here with family.

Great spot by the mountain in town. Easy access to everything around. Awesome host who is happy to help with any questions. One note for future guests - this is definitely a single family spot with the one bed room and pullout beds for the kids in the living room. Also, heads up if you’re a light sleeper. It likely depends who else is in the unit, but the bedroom backs up to the steps for all of the units. Clumsy folks in ski boots going up and down the steps at very late/early hours can easily wake you up. Otherwise, the hot tub and pool area are great. The unit itself is a great spot to relax after a busy day. Great host too.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.
