Sarah’s place was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach. Able to do the walk with ease multiple times a day. The beach items she had were very helpful for days at the beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Main Street area with lots of restaurants, shops and an awesome brewery. An even shorter walk to Bert’s! The home had ample space where you felt free to move around. The screened in porch was a great bonus!

Amazing place. It’s actually nicer inside than the pictures show. The rooftop deck was such an awesome escape. Having bikes, towels, beach chairs, etc was also a great perk. You could bike to downtown Folly in no time. Also very fairly priced! We’ll be back!

We loved this spot! So close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed.

We were very pleased with this stay! The hosts were friendly and informative, the home was exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in), and the location was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. We’ve unfortunately had some places that were not true to the description or photos, but not the case here at all. The photos were very accurate, and actually, some of the furniture had been upgraded to better or larger pieces since the listing photos were taken. The kitchen has all the essentials and some extra appliances you might want. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though, you’ll likely want to bring a few of your most used items. We had a rainy day or two while we were there and appreciated that there were some games and puzzles provided. We were there for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find a small lighted tree. Those kinds of small touches made this such a lovely stay! We would definitely book again if we return to Folly Beach.

The perfect setting for a re-union of three sisters who hadn’t been together in 36 years. The welcoming atmosphere of the beach house that been in the Family for four generations, the ocean backdrop, the amazing treehouse front porch and the rooftop sanctuary all played a brilliant stage for an incredible vacation.. our eleven year old grandson had an amazing time in this historic Family setting.. coming from our 1799 Homestead in Massachusetts, realizing the needs of older Homes and their character flaws, were overlooked, considering all the other amazing qualities that surrounded us..we have spent time in twenty-two other peoples’ homes, and never have felt so welcomed this past week staying in this precious gem. Communication with Maggie felt like connecting with an old friend, Hope we can return next Spring.. thank you, Rachel & Maggie for the memories.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.

This house was great for our family. So close to the beach and downtown area. We loved the large kitchen and outdoor shower. Kevin was a very responsive host, we arrived in town early and he let us know the minute the house was clean to enter. Thanks for a great stay!

We recently spent a weekend at Folly Beach and are so very happy that we happened upon Nicole’s lovely property for our stay—it exceeded expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Nicole was such a genuine and thoughtful host—top notch communication from time of booking our stay, to bidding farewell to the beautiful property (but with many incredible “beachfront memories” we will cherish & be reminiscing on for a long time to come). We truly loved our time here. Nicole has created such a comfortable “home away from home” with this place—and being steps from the beach... it was a blessed place to be. The property was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Also, from Kitchen to the bathroom—all rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.. and more! Fully stocked, cozy and attended to with care. Location—unbeatable. With just a few short steps, we were hitting sand.. and most beautiful beachfront view one could ask for! Felt very safe enjoying each sunrise & sunset close by

So often rental properties don’t match the description. This one did not disappoint. Seemed to have been renovated recently. Spacious, clean, and a great view of the ocean. We loved it and Wild Dunes is one of the best resorts in the Carolinas. Will be back!

We loved our stay here!! It was in a beautiful neighborhood with short walking distance to the beach! Only thing I would note is the kitchen was lacking a few basic necessities that I've never been without in an Airbnb. Easy things like salt & pepper, coffee grounds. Something to keep in mind so you don’t end up doing multiple trips to the grocery store like we had to!

Beautiful condo!!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There’s a Jacuzzi in the master bath, and a separate shower. Lynn & Will were wonderful responsive hosts. They provided great recommendations for a special dinner out!

The ocean view is nicer than expected. Check in and out could not be easier. Easy to park. Condo has everything you may need other than beach supplies (but we brought our own).

Exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Near enough to walk to the beach and restaurants but nestled in a quiet corner of Folly Beach, which was perfect for a balance of fun and sun, and peace and relaxation.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

The place was awesome. Beautiful area. It was very quiet. There was an awesome screened in porch that overlooked the waterway and grassy sounds. The place was very clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to anything in Folly Beach. There was a nice community pool as well. The host also left beach toys for our toddler which was great.

The location was perfectly situated to downtown Folleys as well as the beach. Only a short Uber ride to Charleston. The townhome was perfect for two couples. We would definitely book again in the future.

A wonderful quiet, cozy, and private location with a beautiful view of the marsh and creek from the back deck. Folly Beach experience without the crowds. Very clean and comfortable. Kara was quick to respond with helpful answers to any questions. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect- just a short walk across the backyard to a beautiful beach. The house accommodated our family reunion (10 people) comfortably. The screen porch overlooking the ocean was a great place for everyone to hang out. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and fun game room on the ground floor.

We had an excellent experience! The house was clean and beautiful, within walking distance of the beach, and conveniently close to Charleston. Martia and Emily were extremely sweet and accommodating, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The check in was a breeze and the location was very easy to find. The surrounding location was very peaceful and private, yet within walking distance of all the major restaurants in Folly Beach. I can’t recommend this location highly enough.

This is our second time staying at Bob's place and our family loves it. The view of the marsh from the living spaces is such a wonderful part of our enjoyment of the home. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the marsh and water. The bedroom configurations are perfect for our family and the kitchen is well stocked.

One of the rare abnb that exceeded expectations. It’s a great beach house that was private, quiet, with lots of outdoor space and an awesome view. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is great, with a beach access right in front of the house. Downtown is a short drive away but you can also walk, which removes the need to park. The place is old but functional.

We were in Isle of Palms with my daughter and son-in-law (and their pup). Betsy's charming cottage is everything I would want for a beach weekend. Tastefully decorated, cozy, super clean on a quiet, lovely street - and perhaps the most dog-friendly rental ever. The cottage is spacious, and while there were only four of us, there is plenty of room for six adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything we needed to prepare dinner -- it was like being at home. We have rented a lot of properties over the years, and this one did not disappoint. I felt like a guest in Betsy's home -- highly recommend!
