Don's home was wonderful! It is in a quiet part of town but just a few minutes from many activities. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my pup and the home was even supplied with food and water bowls and a pet bed. The human beds were excellent as well! Super soft and comfortable! I'm pretty sure I slept better there than in own bed.

This was the perfect house for a sister's getaway back home. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the back deck for drinking our morning coffee. It was very convenient to the Volunteer Parkway and Highway 11. We loved our time with family and will definitely be back. Thank you!

The home was excellent for my family of 4 and walkable distance to almost everything in Kingsport. Max was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The space was very clean, and the backyard is a serene space for a group get-together or daytime lounging. I’d absolutely stay again.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, and was perfect for our small retreat. It also had a few toys available for my little one. The location definitely suited our needs. I would recommend it to a family/ small group/ anyone needing a place to stay near bristol or johnson city. There is a train that passes close by, but otherwise it's a very peaceful place to stay! Ken and Rachel were great hosts from start to finish. We loved the house and all the amenities, they literally thought of everything. The place was very homey for all of us, including the dog! We loved that we could each stream our own shows on the separate TVs, they had every service you can think of and the WiFi service was great. Even on a rainy day we loved sitting on the back patio under the awning and the hot tub was amazing! We will definitely be booking again if we decide to Airbnb in the area!

We loved staying at Brian and Cyndee’s place. They have a beautiful and spacious place that was very peaceful. We will definitely return in the future as we visit family in the area.

We had a girls trip of 9 who stayed in Bristol at Bethany’s amazing loft. The place was perfect! So much space for everyone. The open concept of the main living and kitchen areas was perfect. We especially loved the porch with several different sitting areas where individual groups could gather to chat. With 9 ladies, of course we used them all, lol. One other great feature for a large group is all the bathrooms. Even when we were all getting ready for the day, we had plenty of space to shower and get ready without feeling hurried. Thanks so much to Bethany who has thought if everything for a perfect stay. We all decided this is a place we would love to book again!

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. I loved the fire pit area outside. It was the perfect place to read a book and listen to the birds.

Checking was super easy! It was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with Bob! Extra bonus of fresh cookies! Would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you for sharing info your beautiful home with my family. We take lovely memories with us. My little boy has never seen snow and has been asking for years that he wants to see and play with snow. God is great He gave us snow our last night and our little boy played for hours on the deck building a snowman. We had a lot of fun and would love to be back during summer so he can fish some more. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Beautiful cabin in sight of the South Holston River. You can walk down the hill to fish in the river. Hosts recommended a float guide which resulted in lots of caught fish! I loved being near the South Holston Dam and Osceola Island for great trail walking and the short distance to Bristol and Elizabethton for antiquing and great food.

We had a great stay at this magical little cabin. Our family was not bothered and the area was very peaceful. Would stay again!
