I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

This place is like a NYC loft in the Catskills!! Such amazing light and views. We literally laid in bed and watched bald eagles flying over the Delaware River. Breathtaking. The proximity to amazing restaurants, bars, shops, gym and more was fantastic. You can literally walk to all! And then there's Joan, the owner. She is one-of-a-kind. So communicative, available and responsive. There was nothing that we needed, which she didn't already think about ahead of time or provide when we asked. I highly recommend staying here -- for a weekend, a week or an extended period as we did.

Apartment is clean and, from what I can tell, the appliances, carpet and fixtures are all new. Very clean and organized.

Lovely apartment with stunning views and private lake access. Short drive to some tasty restaurants and shops. My partner and I had a very peaceful getaway.

Johns place was perfect for a little getaway. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We walked around the lake with stunning views (especially around fall season) and the fireplace is great for doing s’mores at night. Dasha was absolutely amazing, friendly and always reachable if anything.

Ray’s home is cozy but also spacious. The house was very clean and the views are amazing. The house is right in the river with seating outside on the porch and by the water. It was so peaceful and beautiful with plenty of space for the kids to play. Main Street is minutes away with great coffee, restaurants and lovely shops. We had a great time and will be sure to come again soon.

James saved our cozy Valentine's Day getaway after another host cancelled on us with less than 36 hours to check-in. This cabin exceeded expectations in beauty and peacefulness. Wish I could have enjoyed more of the property but with the snow it's was tough to get around (although stunning to look at). Perfect place to disconnect and unwind.

Our family had an incredible time at Christie’s “mountain house” (as our kids called it). The short walk to the river was priceless and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Matthew was a great host. Not only does he have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in but the view from the house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and had enough room for all 7 of us to be comfortable! Thumbs up for the breakfast bar seats as my children would only sit there and loved it! The hot tub was always an amazing 104 degrees and so nice to just rest in. The washing machine was huge and allowed me to wash everything before I went home which was super convenient ! would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, there is a delicious ice cream shop in the small town , it's super cute! thanks again Matthew!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed how private it was and spent lots of time on the back porch listening to all the birds-we even saw some Bald Eagles. It had everything we needed for our visit and we enjoyed all the amenities, especially the kayaks and pool table. We would like to come back in the summer so that more places will be open and there is more to do in the area. Overall, a nice peaceful getaway and would stay again.

This was such a beautiful stay! We loved the hot tub after a long hike and the warm fireplace when the temperatures were freezing. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals. The record player with records and cds was such a fun touch! We did find the beds hard to sleep in with two people because they were a little sunken in the middle, but I would still stay here again!

Great place to relax & recharge and I would recommend it to others. CHECKING-IN: smooth/easy process without having to locate a lockbox, haha. LOCATION: the cottage is located in a peaceful, quiet, and serene area. COTTAGE: it was clean & cozy, and had a welcome basket filled with snacks and a bottle of wine. I loved the window overlooking the pond, which provided a lot of sunlight. DOG-OWNERS: my little guy enjoyed running around the open field as it's mostly closed off...there's a fence that runs parallel to the road (although there aren't many cars that drive on it), a barn that blocks a side, and tall grass that blocks the other 2 sides. Please note that deer are sometimes in the field in the early AM, so it's best to open the door and give a quick glance before letting your dog run out...if they're prone to chasing deer. TICKS: you always have to be cautious when upstate, but we didn't have any issues during our stay. HOSTS: responsive and accommodating :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, and had really pretty views right on the lake. The kids had a blast in the game room, check-in was super easy, and John and Elizabeth were very responsive whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
