We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

Great place to stay with family, plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the fishing and kayak. This lake house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Fenced in yard was great for the dog.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

Another wonderfully relaxing time in this beautiful spot! Weekend highlights included hiking, snowshoeing, lunch at Phoenicia Diner, watching the farm animals and lots of naps! 😃

This accommodation is a great choice to get away from the noise of the city. The house is decorated beautifully and there no lack of space. We especially enjoyed the lake side deck and all the extra amenities like pool tables, ping pong, Jacuzzi and such. There was even a kayak near the lake if you are interested. The host was also very proactive and responsive to our every need and provided great instructions for check in, check out and house rules.

The Fox’s Den was amazing to host a family of 11! Open floor concept made it nice to cook and still communicate with family members in the living room! Beautiful fire pit outside. Plenty of games to play if you get snow in April like we did! Overall, amazing stay. Definitely recommended for large groups:)

Heather was great and her home was wonderful to rent. Our family had an amazing time using the game room and fishing locally. Service is spotty in the area but otherwise a cool place to go. WiFi in the house worked great. The hot tub was awesome too!

Patrick is such a kind, thoughtful and responsive host, and his place reflects that positive energy. While we had unusually bad weather for our week there, the wood-burning stove, the claw foot tub and the amazing mattresses made up for it...also the gorgeous view of the reservoir!!! The place was spotless, the wifi worked great, and the upstairs bedrooms with skylights were such cozy reading spaces (with lovely views of the water). I recommend a visit to the Woodstock museum where you will discover that the festival actually happened in Bethel, not Woodstock...it was a groovy place to spend my birthday! Pro tip: the Sunoco gas station (3 miles away) has a great mini-mart for quick shopping in a pinch :) The area was super quiet and restful. My pup Lulu and I enjoyed walking up and down the quiet dead end street. Hoping Mother Nature smiles on us when we return for another visit in September...also, feels great to stay in a place that supports BIPOC artists :)

Anais was so helpful during our entire stay. She was responsive and offered fantastic local recommendations. The snow was gorgeous and our kids loved playing in it. The fenced yard with a play set was safe and inviting. The home itself is gorgeous—so open and clean. We highly recommend Bridge and Tunnel Brewery just right up the road. It was extremely dog and kid friendly.

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

Beautiful cabin equipped with everything one could need. We had a birthday celebration and everyone had a wonderful time. The snow just made the scenery even more spectacular. Thank you Jason for being a perfect host!

We had the perfect stay for our Thanksgiving. Lots of toys for the kiddo, backyard for the dogs to run around, and a well-stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs (utensils, platters, etc). Sadly we didn’t get to use the play set or the fire pit due to the weather, but we hope to come back when weather is slightly warmer!

Debra and Mike were great hosts and have created a very warm, inviting and comfortable place for those seeking to explore the Catskills. It's a home away from home! There's a grill available which we made great use of, a fire pit to enjoy nature and star gazing, and their two dogs Luna and Roxy are extremely friendly. Highly recommend their place!

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Bryn was friendly and responsive and the home was just as described. While we enjoyed exploring the neighboring towns, both of my kids agreed that kayaking at the house was their favorite part of the trip. The ability to warm up next to the fireplace was an added perk. Would definitely love to return.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cozy cabin by the lake! The location is perfect, peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature. One of the highlights was waking up to deer grazing right in the backyard. It felt like a nature retreat, and we loved just sitting on the porch with chai, watching them wander by. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was super cozy, especially with the fireplace going in the evening. The cabin is perfectly nestled right by the lake, which is literally in the backyard, such a dream to wake up to that view every morning. The fire pit was another highlight, we spent our evenings roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and stargazing. A huge shoutout to Meghan, the host, she was so helpful and kind! She shared a bunch of local spots to check out. We’re already talking about coming back again!

This place was a perfect get away for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday. He loves to fish- so the private lake just steps away was perfect. It is so peaceful and beautiful and the home is simple but perfect. Appreciate the nice gift basket of goodies/ coffee and creamer and disposable cups! Dennis was super helpful and answered me promptly! We will definitely return- next time for longer!

I planned a trip to visit the Woodstock Museum and wanted to find a play to stay that was homey but also close to the museum. This listing was absolutely spot on to what I was searching for! The house was just as described on the listing! The area around the house was quiet and peaceful even though there are houses surrounding. The list of recommendations for sights and local eats were helpful while planning the trip especially if you don’t know the surrounding areas. Melinda was very responsive to any messages and quickly was happy to help if needed! Do yourself a favor and book this while you can!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at W’s . It is a serene nature retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was our base to explore Bethel Woods and later in the day to return and enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. The house itself is very cozy and clean, with big and comfortable beds. W is a gracious and generous host who is just a message away if you have any questions.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was perfect . We unexpectedly got snowed in with 8+ inches and it was magical. I highly recommend a winter visit. We managed ok on the road without at AWD vehicle, but if I'd known we'd have winter conditions I would have rented one. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen and the pellet stove keeps everything very cozy. We spent our days walking nearby trails and evenings streaming old movies on the the projector. My dog was over the moon. Heather is so kind and very responsive to any questions throughout the visit. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

The chalet is a stunningly decorated modern log cabin with gorgeous natural light and lake access. The cozy quiet and nightly song of the crickets lulled us into a deep tranquil sleep. Our hosts were magnificent and flexible with arrival and departure times, which was deeply appreciated. The chalet emanates the thoughtfulness and careful attention to detail that matches their friendliness and kindness. Wonderful stay beautiful house , the sunroom gives you an opportunity to relax among nature which was exactly what we were looking for during this getaway would love to return during warmer weather. The record player was a nice touch I even found a record with a song titled just like my full name crazy coincidence was nice to spend my bday listening to these old records.
