Spacious apartment with a big kitchen but several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The bed was comfy oh and the couch is great for an afternoon nap as well. Love the extra security of people having to know the code to get into the building.

If you’re planning to go to the slopes this is a perfect place. Host is responsive and nice!

Kelly's 2nd Street Retreat is spectacular. From the high end appliances and fixtures, to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit, the breathtaking art (Kelly is an amazing artist), exquisite decor, the comfortable beds and linens, perfect water pressure, lots of lamps and seating, my group of four felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is in the heart of West Jefferson so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Access was super easy. We parked right in front of the unit with no problem. Kelly was friendly and responsive and communicated instructions/suggestions/recommendations clearly. Checkout instructions were clear, easy and not burdensome at all. On a scale of 10, my entire group would rate our stay at least a 15. We definitely hope to stay here again when we return to West Jefferson.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

I thorougly enjoyed my stay. I was in Burnsville awaiting my house (under renovation) to be ready to move in...and this was the perfect spot for me to enoy, relax and still be able to take care of all the things I needed to do. Lovely place, lovely people....I love Burnsville!

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

We stayed here for a weekend base of operations for our daughter's senior prom! It was convenient for multiple things that she needed to be close to in Johnson City, and to help out logistically with other things in the surrounding areas! It was also just a short drive or long walk for some beautiful downtown photo areas. It also helps that it was charming, clean, and well kept for a 127 year old house! Plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Only downside we had was the beds were a little "too firm" for some of the guests, but that may be just personal preference and wouldn't be a deal breaker for staying again! No other if any real complaints for this property!

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The space was beautifully appointed—stylish yet comfortable, with high-quality furnishings, plush linens, and tasteful decor that gave it a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. Shortly after arriving David brought us milk and other item for us to use throughout our stay. David also excepted a last minute extra guest for us and allowed us to have family over for dinner! Great place! Thank you again.

Beautiful, beautiful place with every amenity thought through. This is a gorgeous little condo super close to skiing. We had the best time and I would stay every time I come to that area. Absolutely loved our stay here! So cozy and didn’t want to leave!

Perfect spot between Boone and banner elk. Great for a couple who is got a lot of activities planned.

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.
