Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minutes from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away. Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest for hiking, biking, zip-lines and swimming. There are several nearby golf courses and ski areas. The house has a wrap-around porch, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Reservations for guests over the age of 25 or families w/children. No pets.

The house sleeps 12 and has plenty of space for cooking, dining and just hanging out after spending a great day hiking on the surrounding beautiful mountains, mountain biking, swimming in the lake or playing golf.
