Charming 40s era cottage located minutes from Marion downtown. Enjoy the convenience of town with the feeling of country living. Bring your bikes and ride the Back of the Dragon ( space to park a trailer at the home), spend the day at Hungry Mother, visit your Emory & Henry student for the weekend or make a 40 minute drive and try your luck at the new Hard Rock casino in Bristol. Marion is the perfect location for outdoor lovers. 15 minutes from Mount Rogers visitor center and the AT.

Creekside Bungalow (at Dream Rock Silo)

We have been renovating an old 1950's dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private bungalow on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. Turkey Foot Lodge

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful , quiet and tranquil oasis. Close to Hale Lake stocked with rainbow trout or hiking on the many trails nearby. The Virginia Highland Horse Trail is about a mile away. This is a rustic cabin . approx. 416 sq.ft. with non potable water but some bottled water will be provided . Hot water is limited. If a quiet and peaceful stay with plenty of outdoor recreation is what you looking for you won't be disappointed.

Explore the creek, relax in the sauna, and enjoy the privacy of a secluded, two-acre tract adjoining the Jefferson National Forest, near Grayson Highlands’ wild ponies and White Top’s famed Creeper Trail. Nestled in a high mountain meadow just above the New River, this 750 square foot cabin has plenty of amenities and nearly 20 acres for your own private Idaho...there are marked and cleared hiking trails...look for the entrance post to the left "1285." NOTE: GPS systems are sending people to the coordinates of the cabin and not the entrance road. Always come in via NC-16--John Halsey-Weavers Ford-East Weavers Ford.
